The ACLU of Florida was featured in the client spotlight section of QuarterCompany’s September newsletter. The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida (ACLU-FL) is the state’s guardian of liberty; working daily in courts, the legislature, and communities throughout Florida to defend and preserve the individual rights and personal freedoms guaranteed by the United States and Florida Constitutions and the Bill of Rights.

Founded in 1965, the ACLU of Florida is an affiliate of the national ACLU and a partner with ACLU affiliates in all 50 States, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

The ACLU of Florida has staffed offices in four cities, including Miami, and is governed by a 40-member Board of Directors. It also has volunteer-run chapters in many communities throughout the state of Florida.

QuarterCompany provides a range of back office financial support services and on-going financial analysis for the ACLU of Florida.
